The sipag cantilever rack double wedge iron bar system

This is noticeably different from other shelving systems. The system is easy to install.
Align the bottom edges of the holes in the support and the cantilever arm to the same height, insert the double wedge bolts, and secure the arm with a light hammer tap.
It can be quickly reattached.
An effective feature is that the rectangular openings and the back edges of the wedges have the same curve. This eliminates sharp corners in the permanent connection between support, cantilever arm, and wedge bolts.
The cantilever arm is connected to the support using a wedge bolt technology that provides safety, durability, and structural advantages.
The wedging is deliberately achieved within the special hardened wedge bolts. The holes in the support and arm are rounded.
The wedge bolts are rounded. The support surface is thus up to 60 percent larger than with the insert one bolt system.

The insert one bolt system is as easy to install as the double wedge bolt. Just align the bottom edges of the holes in the support and the cantilever arm, insert the one bolt or double wedge bolt, and secure the arm with a light hammer tap. Both systems can be quickly reattached.

The crossbeams solve a significant problem with cantilever racks: the storage of pallets of different sizes with differently positioned blocks.
One of our supports (not the level) can have a load capacity of 500 kg up to an impressive 16,000 kg per side.

Support heights range from 1.5 meters to over 10 meters.

The first cantilever arm can be suspended at different heights.
There is no minimum or maximum dimension for the position of the first cantilever arm.
The spacing between the cantilevers can be designed in 76mm increments.
The number of cantilevers per side for double-sided racks can vary.
The usable area can be 2,100mm on one side and 1,200mm on the back.
It is possible to load only one side of a double-sided cantilever rack from sipag.
Our customers have packages of varying weights and heights. Therefore, the tall and heavy packages go in the blue level. As shown here, the blue arm has a load capacity of 1,000kg. And the lighter and flatter packages go in the red level. The red arm has a load capacity of 500kg.
The edge protection provides protection against damage.
Roll-off protection: For round materials and if required, we can weld an additional roll-off protection to the arm and base, fitted with a removable 10 or 20 cm metal tube.
Single-sided sipag shelving rows can be retrofitted to double-sided rows.
